Tightened up the A/C belt on the Sunbird as it was squealing. Turns out, it was quite loose. Got that buttoned up and my cold A/C is now also quiet. Thank goodness as it is over 90° today. Checked the belts themselves and they’re still in good shape.

What  say you, Oppo? Any last minute fixes or projects going on?

Radiator fan died on the Mini again. Fortunately AutoZone replaced it under warranty. That still meant that I had to get the old one out and the new one in. I missed the Indy Oppo meet coz of this :(

Did the alternator on the M3 today and changed the truck oil. It is my last ditch effort before having to tear the entire timing assembly apart

I’m cleaning the garage. Reorganizing the tools. I dug out the crate with my LS2 in it and took some pics. Posted it for sale on the Hot Rod Power Tour FB page.

Bought another Fiero. Will be working on it next weekend. Hello ultra cheap 88 GT needing a ton of work :( literally, a metric ton of it. Maybe I should start a blog thingy about working on them?

Nice! A final-year Fiero? That was when GM really got things right with it. Then, they discontinued it. Of course. :(

Exhaust work is done. Finally routed the exhaust so it doesn’t spit out underneath the van. It now dumps out right before the left rear wheel. Muffler and resonator are gone, replaced with a cherry bomb glass pack I had laying around the garage. Sounds great! Noise inside the van dropped dramatically. Ill get a video up at some point.

They got it right. But it was a one year only. Some parts are inobtanium. Like front wheel bearings.... the early cars can be built to be as good or better than the crazy 88's. But they will never be an 88.
